Description

Senior Strategic Initiatives Manager is a key member of the CCOE strategy team, responsible for progressing key initiatives and proactively identifying insights and areas for ongoing improvement.

Key job responsibilities

1. Create point-of-view analyses of select domains (e.g., project-based analysis to generate insights and drive business decisions)

2. Support Strategic Initiatives by:

- Creating roadmaps for project implementation

- Briefing various teams on project dependencies and needs

- Tracking progress relative to expected deliverable dates and milestones

3. Manage business operations by:

- Monitoring key metrics regularly to identify trends

- Collecting and analyzing initiative information for continuous business process improvements

4. Lead CCOE initiative deliverables, including participation in and leadership of programmatic activities

5. Develop and deploy new business processes, including establishing workflows between CCOE teams and other ASP teams to enable scale

About the team

The Strategy Team is responsible for key initiatives that address challenges and opportunities for AWS Consulting Partners. The team also drives capability development, as well as general planning and strategy functions (e.g. OP1/2, investment management) for the Consulting Partner Center of Excellence (CCOE).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent

- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

- Experience with AI tooling for job and workflow automation.



Extended Qualifications

- Experience with Consulting/Professional Service firm GTM models.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
