Within Azure Data, the data integration team builds data gravity on the Microsoft Cloud. Massive volumes of data are generated – not just from transactional systems of record, but also from the world around us.  Our data integration products – Azure Data Factory and Power Query make it easy for customers to bring in, clean, shape, and join data, to extract intelligence.

Join the Fabric Data Integration arm of the Azure Data Customer Advisory Team (CAT) as a Principal Customer Experience Program Manager and be an integral part of our customers' business transformation using Microsoft's Data and AI Platform. On this team you will work closely with customers, partners, product managers, and the Microsoft field with an ultimate goal of increasing adoption and success of Microsoft Fabric Data Integration technologies: Data Factory, Dataflows, connectors, mirroring, etc. CAT’s role lies at the intersection of customer and product where you will be expected to be a deep technical expert on our Fabric Data Integration technologies in order to help customers be successful with Fabric, then use those experiences and your relationships with product managers to provide the customer voice to the product group to influence the roadmap of the product. As you grow in the role you will be expected to push boundaries and identify new opportunities to increase success of Fabric Data Integration.

Work with the Microsoft field to help enterprise customers be successful with Fabric Data IntegrationCollect and curate feedback from all available sources into a meaningful, actionable customer voice for the product groupCollaborate across CAT and Fabric Product groups to identify and evangelize cross-area feedback items that require multiple teams to deliverWork closely with Product Manager stakeholders to identify areas where you can be most impactful to the growth of Fabric Data IntegrationEvangelize Fabric Data Integration in the field and communityEmbody our culture and values



Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.4+ Years experience with Azure/Fabric Data Factory or equivalent competitive productProven face to face and virtual customer engagement skillsOther Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred/Additional Qualifications

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
