At the center of this digital transformation, the Consumer Devices Sales (CDS) Division is Microsoft's key interface with our hardware partners and solution providers; the core engine to drive our partner ecosystem to deliver Windows-based hardware and services, as well as build, sell and market our cutting edge IoT devices and solutions. Develop core messaging and narrative to bring the CDS division vision and strategy to life for internal and external audiences - aligning to division priorities and goals for MCB (Marketing and Consumer Business, which CDS reports up to) Lead internal and external positioning of the CVP CDS continuing to strengthen his brand as a leader, helping to tell his own story in alignment with the company mission, strategy, leadership principles and cultural attributes Work with Director, Comms and Events, to partner across the organization to develop CVP communications content and drive storytelling for
Minimum Qualifications: +8 years of experience in Communications, Marketing Comms, PR, speech management, or related. Experience in Executive Communications Experience working in communications with or for a large company/organization with +2000 people (i.e. Fortune 500, highly-matrixed orgs) Preferred Qualification: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional storytelling, ability to clearly articulate complex issues and formulate recommendations to a wide variety of audiences Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, effectively manages priorities
