The Corporate Controller Team (CCT) sits at the forefront of many of these changes and plays a key role in helping the company manage through them. Within CCT, the HR Finance Controller Team is responsible for Controllership and FP and A for the Human Resources (HR) organization. The Finance Director leading the HR Finance Controller team will provide end to end financial management and business decision support to Microsoft's Chief People Officer and her senior leadership team. Ensuring complete and accurate HR P and L and related Balance Sheet, and that all aspects of GAAP, MAP and SOX are adhered to Partnering with HR Senior Leadership team on corporate strategy and key HR initiatives including Benefits, Global Mobility, Staffing and Learning and Development Driving and influencing best-in-class approaches to running the business with prioritization of key areas
Requirements / Qualifications: 10+ years of related experience, with at least 5 years of leading high performing teams. MBA/ CPA preferred Outstanding financial management and controllership ability Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and be a trusted advisor Proven team building and leadership ability along with excellent communication, cross group collaboration, and interpersonal skills Detail oriented and thorough, with ability to think 'big picture' and understand the key trends and levers . Highly developed analytical, problem solving, organizational and facilitation Demonstrated
